| I'm so proud, my granddaughter got in nursing school I am so very proud of her. She has worked so hard for this, working during the am hours and off to school in the afternoon. Her dream has finally come true, she has been accepted into Cochran School of Nursing. Brit called me last night, having waited for that call for almost a month after her interview. Brit is my oldest granddaughter, 22yrs old and was born three wks before her grandfather passed. He would be so very proud of her. Way to go Brittney |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Congratulations! I know you must be so proud of her, Carol. I'm always appreciative to hear of someone going into nursing, such a hard job to choose for a living - rewarding but hard.

Yes, my hat goes off to those who join the medical field in any phase of it. You really need to be dedicated in order to do well in this field. Her brother is thinking of being a doctor. My daughter is doing something right. Looks like my old age will be in good hands Thanks for all your good wishes.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Even better! I wish I had gone on to get my NP...and now...ugh...I just can't bring myself to do it. Her opportunities as an NP will be even that much greater..and the sooner she does it, the better .

That's too bad Ann. I know once you stop it's hard to get started again, that's why I'm glad she plans on continuing immediately after getting her RN. Heck, it's never too late. Something to think about for sure. Thanks for your good luck wishes.
