I'm not sure. I just went to her link then went to vote and it let me. You can vote once a day. Not sure if they do by time too. Like if you voted 11pm last night you'd have to wait until after 11pm the next night. Not sure. Thanks so much for caring enough to try Baby Hope has taken the lead again. She's now up by 74 votes. It's going to be a close race I think.
