| Need advice on a new Dryer Hello, So this morning my Dryer goes out, so right after Christmas and broke I need to buy a new Dryer (not hair dryer,a cloth dryer) a gas one that I can dry blanks and comforters in. Can you tell me about the brand you have and how you like it. Thanks!

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | I have the GE Adora front loaders. I love them. I got them a couple years back (maybe 3). They are energy efficient and they wash well. I love that I can put a king size quilt in the washer. I have three children. As a family of five we generate a lot of laundry. Love it love it. I would definitely get a set of front loaders if your replacing them. I know the Kenmore front loaders are also well regarded.

| Try and look for one with an extra large tub if you want to do comforters. We bought new LG washer & dryer several years ago and since it was for just the 2 of us we bought the standard size instead of the ex lg size. OOPS, have to take Queen comforters to the laundromat. King blankets are ok. My neighbor has Maytag and her dryer is quieter than the LG.

| A really good place to look is on consumer reports. They test all kinds of products and give reviews. They are independent so their opinion is not based on anything (Like favoring one company over another ) but testing. Good Luck |
