| Here is the instructions for the tampon angels - www.tamponcrafts.com Also when you dampen the tampons with water, let them dry then slowly pull apart to make them fluff. I used foil over cardboard for the wings and outlined with metallic silver glitter paint. I think I would have done it differently but really didnt want to put a lot of time or money into them. I used silverish white pipe cleaner. I chose silver bc I have issues with brass and gold but I really think gold would have shown up better. Thanks everyone, it was fun to do and I love doing this stuff to ..err for my nieces.
