I love this show. I love DEXTER even though he is a serial killer.

But last night's finale just ... the best episode ever. I won't give it away.

Anyone else like Dexter?

I love the show! Last night's episode was amazing!

I didn't expect it to end the way it did. What the heck!

Now I have to wait almost a year to see how he manages. John Lithgow was excellent. Question: At the end I saw the baby, but where were the other two kids? His wife had a boy & girl from a previous marriage.

LOVE LOVE the show!!!! I am so happy she is off the show as she has been really annoying. Nag nag nag while she is kissing and flirting the neighbor!!

I watched the finale last night and I was shocked!! I cannot believe she's dead

It will be interesting to see how his son turns out...

Thank you, Sookie. Must have missed that part. I was surprised by the ending but honestly I'm glad she's (Dexter's wife) is gone, well, physically gone - I'm sure she'll be speaking to his conscience in every episode next year.

Awww I didn't think Rita was that bad, I didn't find her annoying at all. And as for the nagging, she wasn't half as bad as some of the people I know.

I have a feeling the kids with go to Paul's parents, Harrison will probably stay with Dexter. Perhaps he'll hire a nanny. Next season should be good, Dexter got way to close to Trinity and I think he's going to have to answer for it next season. Plus I think Deb is going to find out his little secret.

OMG I bet that will happen. Did you know Dex and Debra are married in real life! Shocked the heck out of me. This is my FAVORITE show. I think Debra looks anorexic!

I knew they were engaged but I didn't know they got married. I'm so happy for them - they make a cute couple.

On the show I think that Dexter will have the baby and put him in daycare - which will stress him out even more with all the running around. I think the two older kids will go to live with Paul's parents, the ones who took them to Disney.

Dexter has a lot to answer to next season. Battista saw him talking to Trinity for one thing. Dexter made a few slip ups that he'll have to rectify. I hope they don't think that he killed Rita. I thought Rita was annoying too with her syrupy voice and always ALWAYS calling at the worst possible time...but I didn't want her to die. She must be a good actress if we all disliked her so much!

And if Dexter is arrested for killing Rita then Trinity's family will be coming forward to say that they knew him as Kyle Butler and he knew their father...OMG I am worried sick for him already!
