|  I have pernicious anaemia due to absorption problems, and get an injection every 3 months. I can tell when it's due, because I get tired and sluggish - then within 24 hours of the injection, I'm back to normal. I've been having these injections for around 10 years now (I'm 51) - thank heaven they found out what had been causing my symptoms!
