| For those of you who have any legal background... For those of you who have any legal background, I could really use your help. Anyone familiar with these terms: California Uniform Commercial code 3302, and 3305????? If you do please explain them to me. I really need to understand what these codes mean. Thanks Priscilla for the idea.

| I strongly suggest you talk the manager of your bank, and to a lawyer to find out your legal rights. It surprises me that you are accountable for the money. Good luck with this!

| I've spoken to my bank and they said they really can't offer me any help. They have assured me that they will not be realeasing any money to anyone because of the stop payment on the check. I am also trying to contact a free law center which I hope can point me in the right direction. Thank you for your well wishes.
