Smoke Away is all natural. It comes in pill form and you can get it at the drugstore or online. It is just a bunch of herbs, but they really do take away the cravings. Unlike the patch, you have completely gotten the nicotine out of your system in 3 days! They say to use it 3 times a day, but I did better using it 4 times a day. I kept it in my purse so I would always have it when I needed it. I think you have to really want to quit for anything to work. I had to get sick of coughing, and being out of breath all the time. And let me add I loved to smoke! I miss it still but its getting easier all the time. Good luck!

W2G!!!!! I'm so happy for you!!!!!! I wish my mom can stop. After many attemeps and almost 40 years she's tried, but just couldn't do it. I hope you are able to keep it up. Lot's of luck to you.

Wow! When you see the stats right in front of you it really hits home, huh? I'm not a smoker but my bf is & I know it can be difficult to quit.

Wow, congrats to you also :) with the price of cigs these days, can you imagine the savings?

thanks eensor, I am going to have to look it up also- I hope it helps with the moods, that is my huge issues. and Congrats again to you also.

Maybe we could start a "stop smoking support group?" here.... we can all stop together... how many threads do you think would get locked that week? lol just kidding, it was a joke... I think..;)

That is great. My husband quit for me over 18 years ago. My allergies were just so bad it was either that or me leave. So he loved me enough to stop. Now if I could get him to quit dipping I would be in hog heaven.

:congrats: Congratulations Elizabeth. Bravo. Way to go. I wish my hubby will stop smoking. Sometimes he evens wakes up in the middle of the nite for a cigarrette. I will talk to him and see if he is willing to try smoke away. Im an asthmatic. Just the smell of it bothers me.

Good luck. That was the biggest reason my husband quit was because of my allergies & asthma. That nicotine is a powerful legalized drug.

Congratulation !!! I know exactly what a great accomplishment that is.. On Monday it will be one week I quit smoking..I'm still at the "climbing the wall stage" but getting better..
