| Marci- go to your local pharmacy and get yourself a Neti pot - works wonders for sinus issues, but you really need to use daily. You don't have to have a sinus infection for the random short dizziness - just the sinus pressure. Any time the weather pressure changes, I have issues!!!!

| The only thing besides sinus issues I can think of is maybe an inner ear infection or inner ear virus. I get dizzy when I have an ear infection.

| Donating YT 30K Club Member | Sinus problems can cause dizziness. I use to get dizzy as a premenstrual sign too. Also stress causes dizziness for me. Hope you are feeling better.

| Generally it's a sinus/allergy that causes inner ear problems. It can also be attributed to iron deficiency, pinched nerve, clogged artery, heart not pumping adequately and even labrinthitis. I would get a blood test and start from there. It's probably just the weather.
