| Omg frost!~ It was 34 this am and I had to SCRAPE the frost off my car. It's only October 14th! There talking about wet SNOW on Sat. What a horrible winter ahead I think. I can't believe this is suppose to be the best time of the year, Fall. We had no spring, no summer to speak of and now winter is here when it's suppose to be Fall. What happened to the season's? It's going to be a longggggggggggggggggggggggggg winter |

| I know The farmers almanac predicted this was going to be a very cold and snowy winter and they are pretty accurate on their predictions. I love the changing of the seasons and this yr it seemed all the seasons ran together

| Yup, us too... hard frost this morning... first one! Sooooooo sad!! Hard to believe that I was just out in NM and it was 75 - 85 everyday! That was the last time I'll wear capris I guess. WWAAHHH The weather this year truly did stink and I am so not looking forward to the winter!

NO!! Keep it in your neck of the woods! I hate SNOW, especially since they make us go to work in it . . .even when school is called off we are expected to go in . . .unless we use a vacation day or personal day . .I hate using those up in the Winter . . . Anyhow, I broke down on Monday and actually put the heat on . .my motto is "no heat till trick or treat" but our house was a balmy 57 degrees and there was no way I was going to be cold like that . . .so our heat is set for 62 . . .stinks that it is so early in the season to actually turn it on. Guess it'll be a very expensive oil heating season . . .

| Sounds like I should get a Farmer's Almanac! I live in Kansas City and we just had a record breaking cold day for this time of the year. My (human) child doesn't even have a new winter coat yet! Of course my Yorkie got a brand new sweater yesterday. Priorities, priorities! |

YT Addict | There was frost here in Ottawa, Ontario too. My poor Pebbles she did not know what to think of the crunchy frost. She just looked at me I am sure and thought you've got to be kidding. I had to tell her three times that it was O.K. go pee pee, then finally she went. All our seasons were all jumbled together as well. It rained for about a month at the begging of summer and then the summer was not very hot and of course rain through out. Now that it is fall it has not stopped raining here for about 2 weeks I am so sick of RAIN. But today it is calling for SUN all day, but cold. It was -3 here this morning and the high for today is 5 Celsius.

Carol it was cold as heck this morning. Thank god the pup did her business and we were back inside ASAP. I had class last night and the school is near water. OMG I felt like I should have had my ski coat on and a hat.

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Last night after class while I was waiting on the bus I was wishing for my ski coat and uggs. I think it's time to get them out of the closet and dust them off. I need to get coats for my kids too. It's like everything is on full speed now.
