| Wii Fit Plus I just bought the Wii Fit Plus. It is pretty neat to use after work and I don't really feel like working out. I figure at least 30 minutes a day... Does anyone else use it?

| I don't have the plus but I was just picked up a pamphlet on it last night. It looks like something we might be interested in. It looked pretty neat to me. I will be hearing about other's experiences with it as well.

| I'm going to follow this thread. I've listened to others talk about it & it sounds fun.

| I know this isn't helping but I want to tag along and see what replies you get too! My son barely uses his Wii so if I could get some use from it (especially if it helped get me in shape!), I won't feel like it is just sitting there wasting money. Maybe you can let us know more about it, Kimberly.

| Well... so far I have had it for a few days, and I make sure to do at least half an hour on it. It has like a little piggy bank thing and each time you do a game, excercise etc...it gives you a few points...which add up to minutes. It tests you each day with different work outs to see if your balance is improving. (Usually the better balance you have the stronger your body is) I have tried a few of the games and yoga poses...but mostly I have been working on the categories they have. You can pick your hips, your figure, arms, endurence...there is even a catagory if you over eat so you can burn off extra calories. I can actually feel my sides and back muscles aching. (In a good way.) I think it is really neat...you can do as much or as little as you want and when you are not in the mood to work out, they have different games that excercise certain parts. So far I really like it.

| Is it anything like the Biggest Loser "game" for the Wii? We have the Wii fit and I am sad to say we used it the 1st 6 months or so but haven't touched it since. The Biggest Loser game looks like something I can see myself doing...love the show too.

| I enjoy working out with the Wii Fit, but I really like the AE Active (I think that's what it's called)! You pick your personal trainer, and the level of your workout/areas you want to work out, and the personal trainer actually guides you in exercises/reps for the allocated time! Luv it! I'm curious to hear what the Wii Fit II has different, though! |

| I am enjoying hearing good things about some of the Fitness games on the market. We bought the Biggest Loser "Game" yesterday. I haven't had a chance to start it yet...hubs and I will be fitting it in before he goes to work each day.
