Everyone has battles in life, some are worse than others. That doesn't mean everyone isn't entitled to care and healing. and doctors who know what they're doing. It's disrespectful to basically tell someone to suck it up because their problem is less than yours. JMO. |

I'm not to fond of them either. When I was going through school it was hard for me to get to the doctor. I was having a hard time breathing and my chest hurt, she said it was just the flu. I had to ask her to listen to my lungs! Nothing...so I went another week and went back in, and than another and went back in...still nothing. So I was at clinicals working on assessments and out teacher was showing the best places to hear the lungs. Well I was the guniea pig and he told me he thought I had pneumonia!!! He told me that I needed to go to urgent care and get it taken care. (I had just seen my doctor the day before) So I went in and they did xrays and told me I might have to be hospitalized. It was crazy. |
Ok so my finger still hurts. My husband finds me a hand doctor on the computer that takes our insurance. So instead of just writing his name and phone number on a piece of paper....he e-mails it to me. I'm sitting in the same room as he is. He just pisses me off. He knows I really don't know how to work this computer and he e-mails the dr info to me. WHY???? |
Hi. I went to a real doctor today for my finger. He is an orthopedic. He said there is no evidence of arthritis from the x-rays. It is also not broken (which I knew). It is sprained. The ligament in my knuckle is stretched. He gave me some topical ointment. He didn't want to do anything else yet. He said to go back in a couple of weeks and if it still hurts we will persue other tests. I knew it had to be from carrying those grocery bags. I also took my daughter clothes shopping for school and i had the hangers hanging on my finger. I bet that did it. |
