My little Shadow Donating YT Member | Where can I buy "soybean paste"? Hey Guys! One of my most favorite dishes is Miso-Glazed Salmon. Love it @Cheesecake Factory restaurant. Would Love to fix @home. Found the recipe, but need to find miso "soybean paste"? Anyone ever see this in grocery store sections? Health food stores....which we don't have around here?? I know some of you must cook with this, so pls point me in the right direction. Thanks so much!

| I get mine at the Korean market here. That's the best place I can think of finding it. Some larger grocery stores may have it as well. I'd look in the Asian market section.

To OP, I'm sure if your city has a Cheesecake Factory you will be able to find it. Go to your largest supermarket and yes, Jamie is right in the Asian section , but the refridgerated section, not the aisle where they sell the dry noodles. Probably by the tofu. Good luck, sounds yummy!
