| ![]() Yea so sad, that's all they have is each other. There was a news story a few months back here in CA, downtown LA actually. there was a well liked homeless man that was found shot to death. He used to hang out at unloading docks and help truckers unload their stuff for a few bucks or food. Well for some reason some scumbag killed him, and his dog just kept trotting around looking for him. They'd showed the dog on the news. He would not leave. Poor thing, don't know what ended up happening to him. ![]()

| ![]() On that link I was reading a story about a woman who bought a homeless man a hamburger and when she was walking away she turned around to see the man take one bite of the sandwich and he gave the rest to his dog....It broke my heart to read that.... The sad thing is if they're homeless how do they know where to go or if the pet food is even available if they have no access to the news?...Word of mouth?

| ![]() The love of a (wo) man's dog is special. Those pictures are heartwarming yet heartbreaking. There is absolutely no reason that we should have homeless people in our country with the money that is being made by our gov't, actors, athletes....

| ![]() One of my friends saw a homeless guy with a pet and she went to walmart and bought milkbones and a bag of dog food and gave it to the guys! She is so sweet!

Donating YT 11K Club Member | ![]() That's so sad...I've passed a couple of homeless people in NY that I've seen with dogs, only about 2 and i felt so sad for them but they were well fed and it astonished me that depite everything they stood by their owner's side, slept with them, were not even leashed and they did not run away. That's how loyal dogs are, that is prob. the only friend they have. I always help them out when i see that
