Donating YT 1000 Club Member | Home Again We were in Canada for 10 days, we had to leave a day late as anything that could go wrong did. The black cloud followed us to Canada but finally left after a day or two. I swear for one week straight it was one bad thing after another. We have been crazy busy since getting home almost a week ago helping a family member move. Today is my first day home without having to go anywhere (so far). I know you all enjoyed the peace and quiet without me, so I just wanted to warn you. I'm back!

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | Thanks I was wondering if I wasn't really welcome here. I am at last getting some rest things are slowing down. It seems the hotel in Prince Albert DID find hubby's iPod and were supposed to send it out to us yesterday. My foot no longer hurts where the car door blew shut on it. I finally got my biopsy results after a month and three phone calls and leaving a nasty voice mail. One was abnormal but the Dr believes he got it all. The move is over and things seem to be going well in the new place for our daughter. Things are calming down here too after one of the other kids moved back home. We had two kids in transition at the same time. YIKES! It's the first time one has moved back, we told them to since they may move out of state so signing another lease was a bad idea. Our daughter is engaged to a soldier in Iraq, 3 of his friends were killed while we were gone. They were all young and from our area. Several others were injured. It was only by the grace of God and about 30 feet that it wasn't him. That upset us all ALOT, I felt bad I wasn't here to comfort our daughter. Audrey-Belle our rescue Yorkie was so happy to see us when we got home, the kids said she was very sad. They called once just so we could talk to her on the phone and tell her when we were returning. We were taking her at first but changed our minds when we thought of putting her through the shots to cross the border. We can't make a move without her running to the door now. She stands on her hind legs and presses her belly to the door, looks over her shoulder like You're Not Leaving Without Me! lol What a week it was! Thanks to all 4 of you for making me feel better.
