My bf does Jack Sparrow. Let me tell you, that costume is soooo hard if you want to do it right. It's more about all his accessories rather than the clothes. I will attach his pic of his Jack. All the accessories really add up, esp things that you can't make, like the metal buckles and stuff. This was a very expensive costume. It's really a hard costume to do without looking cheesy.

Dark Shadows coming out when...? Alice next year. Pirates 4 2011. Rango some time soon year unknown. Rum Diaries also unknown. He is a busy man the next few years.

Of course I did! Liked it much better than the original. Gene Wilder was too creepy for me, also the "technicolor" yuck!

Well my husband I went to the movies Saturday to see Public Enemies. Well it was OK but not his best..he is great eye candy or this movie would have sucked big time. He must have been interested in Dillinger to do this movie because I can't think of any other reason he would do this story line.

I thought the same, but didn't want to spoil it for the people that hadn't seen it yet. I think by this point most everyone who will see it already has. You are right, he had a personal interest in making this movie. I don't know if it were to Dillinger exactly, but I remember hearing that he felt like Dillinger could have been an ancestor or familiy member back then, as Johnny's own grandfather was a bootlegger and speakeasy owner back in the prohibition days. Kind of paying tribute to sticking it to the "man".

I say if you're bored and can get student prices or half price matinee then I say go for it. I paid $11.50 per ticket, it wasn't worth it.

I just watched one of his old movies. What's eating Gilbert Grape? It's a sad movie I cried. I did like the story. Small town and he takes care of his family. I liked it didn't like his red hair though. He was young and sexy! 1993

Yes and Leo as a "challenged" boy. LOL. Another oldie from 1995 I loooooove but no one has commented, maybe no one's seen it? Ed Wood! It's great! It's hilarious, and it's Tim Burton! Rent it!!!

I looooove Johnny Depp! We share the same hometown, and lived in the same neighborhood. (at different times) I met his grandpa at my orthopedic surgeon's office back in high school. I own almost everything he's been in, and unlike others, I thoroughly enjoyed Public Enemies. I'm a history nerd, and being from the same area as John Dillinger, I guess I had to like it really. Johnny nailed the accent perfectly, although Christian Bale was horribly disappointing... I definitely will buy it the day it comes out.

Alice In Wonderland will be amazing, and my friend & I are already planning out costumes...

Now, who has seen "Crybaby" recently? Talk about young and beautiful Johnny...
