| I hadn't heard of this until I saw this post the other day. It sounds like something I would be interested in trying...or at least looking into more information about it. I have very thick, curly hair...frizz is my worst enemy! I have had my hair chemically straightened a few times before but they don't work. Do any of you know a website or somewhere to go to search for salons that do this? I have did numerous google searches but can't seem to find anyone near me that does this.

| Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | my hairdresser did this to her hair and it looks really good. She did it for the conditioning effect. I would like to have it done on my hair because its wavy, curly, frizzy, and poofy. I HAVE to blow dry my hair or else it will frizz and poof and curl and look terrible. i hate my hair. i heard that the longer you leave it in the better the effect. but now i just read from you guys that you can't put your hair back while the keratin is in your hair. that's a problem for me since its so hot here right now. i'm a groomer so i tie my hair up cause it gets in the way plus it gets hot in the salon. its also hot in my house because we don't have central air. So can i put it back in a clip or something or does it have to hang straight? anyone else have pictures? mizzwanned you need to post before and after pics of your moms hair so we can see

oh crap..i dont think i have before pics...it was horrible before lol Well she just got home and it looks GREAT!!! It looks so much healthier than when she did the japanese one..it is straight and shiny but we'll have to see what happens after she washes it...i will take pics right now and post them asap...and see if i can find a before pic somewhere on here...btw i think its ok to put in a clip or something...when i did the japanese one they told me the same thing and i still put my hair back when i washed my face, etc and it was fine...so i dont think its a big deal

| I'm so happy I opened this post! I have the curly.. but not curly enough.. frizzy but thin hair. I blowdry daily, and use the straightening iron. I've always dreamed of having hair that I could just wash, air dry and go. It seriously makes me giddy to even think about it. Please please post the pics of your Mom.. and is it true that you have to wait 4 days to wash it? I think I would look like an oil slick after day 1 Because my hair is so thin it tends to look oily very quickly, I can sometimes get away with tying it up in a pony tail the day after washing but it looks oily to me and I hate that. If this stuff is as great as it seems though, it would be worth 4 days of oily hair. LOL can you color your hair with it.. do you have it colored before the treatment or after.. is there a time frame you have to wait between doing it and having it colored
