| I wish it would rain like that where I am. It's been so hot lately, and I'm not really fond of the hot temperatures. (It's going to get hotter too. Ugh!) Could be because I'm from the bay area originally. Kinda miss that foggy, cold, grey weather. |

| Just before dark I had to run out to the Walmart and get a sewing machine light bulb, been without one for months now. There was a beautiful reflection of the sunset on the clouds, all pink and purple and white. On the way home it was totally dark and I caught a red flash out of the corner of my eye and asked what it was, a car full of people and no one saw it. I kept watch and a few minutes later there was more. I can't even begin to describe the colors. I called it a Storm Fireworks. Lots of reds, purples and white flashes. Just beautiful, made me wish I had one of those cameras that lets you take pictures of lightening flashes. Sylvia |
