I'm typing out all these exclaimation points REALLY HARD!!!! I'm mad and grossed out!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: And he HAD to pet Uni before he left!!! At least he didn't have open sores all over his hands like some of these other "customers" I get in here. WTF!!!! This is Anaheim HILLS, this is SUPPOSED to be an upscale neighborhood! AARRRRRGGHHHH!!! |
Capt noonie where is your shop ? I don't normally browse, but it sounds the perfect place for me to learn this art. Ouch! ducking under the missiles |

Anyway, I am in Anaheim Hills, its about 15 minutes northeast from Disneyland. It does seem like an art form on how to deal with these people. |
Oh here's another one! People that don't know how to pet yorkies with long hair! This girl was in here petting Uni for about 5 mins straight and managed to get her hair all knotted up! |
capt_noonie, have you thought about selling your business? It sounds like your work really makes you miserable. People spend so much time at work, they owe it to themselves to do something they at least kind of like. |
Oh yeah, we thought of it. No one wants to buy. I used to enjoy my business, but now the cons outweigh the pros by too much. Here's an old thread about my situation. There's pretty much no way out, we just gotta hang in there till our lease is up. Till then, all you lucky YTers can hear me complain LOL |
Bringing this thread back to life to add: - People who pick your dog up without asking. - People who own small dogs themselves and STILL pick up your dog without asking, and then proceed to "affectionately" rub them like a Weimaranar. - People who give your dog treats without asking first. - People who slip your 4 lb dog a human-sized slice of cake when you are not looking. - People who give your dog cake and then lecture you on dog diets. Yes, I know dogs need balanced diets, that's why I do not feed them enormous SLICES OF CAKE. - People who give your dog cake, lecture you on dog diets, and then brag that their (overweight) malteses are on Paul Newman food because it is so high quality. - Strangers who greet your dog when you are obviously in the middle of a Stay drill. I gues I am feeling a little grouchy today! |
Lol sounds like you had a rough day!!!!! I will add one more..... People that bite your head off when you are only trying to help :( (At least say "thanks for trying to help" dont just be extremely rude :() |
I'm glad this thread got resurrected. i was beginning to think I am the only one that gets annoyed by everything. LOL Here's one: People that talk to the cashier about bullsh*t when they know there is a line behind them. No one cares you are making a plushie toy for your niece except you and your niece. |

People on their cell phones. Standing in line, while driving, sitting in a restaurant, etc. They're not that important!! Tailgaters!!! |
People who don't put their account numbers on their checks when they're sending their payment in. People who staple their payments to their coupon even though it asks you not to. People who tape their payments to the inside of the envelope. (Where do they think it's going to go?) People who don't check their checks to make sure that the amount they wrote in the courtesy box matches what they wrote on the legal line. (You'd be surprised on how many people forget to put "hundred" or "thousand" on the legal line... makes a BIG difference) People who write in glitter pen on their checks. (it does not show up well - especially on money orders) People who send in a dozen checks - with different names - to pay on one account - and none have an account number on it. People who have charged tens of thousands of dollars and then write nasty comments on their $2.00 check! Can you guess where I work? :p |

I want to write nasty comments on my rent checks, but I know the landlord will never see them! He makes other people do all the work for him.:thumbdown |
People who keep a Dirty House and Car. Fast Food Bags left in a Car. I'm a bit of a clean freak. |
