| Help for peeling feet. I went and had my FIRST pedicure in Iowa with Suzy- LOVED it. Before that I was using one of those stones for your feet to get them nice and smooth- they were GREAT, then I had the pedicure. They used that potato peeler (for lack of better description) to "get dead skin" off your feet- well since then my feet have been peeling like crazy- toes and everything. I am still using my foot scrubber but does anyone know of anything I can do to stop the peeling? |

| Never let them use that razor on you again, it makes the callouses worse! I am afraid if your feet are peeling everywhere that you might have picked up a fungus from the pedi place. It's been known to happen Do they itch at all?

| Could be super dry skin or you might have picked up Athletes foot fungus. Either way, I would try to moisturize first. Use a cocoa butter lotion on your feet at night. Really soak it in and then put on socks. Try this for about a week. If it does not help or your feet start itching, then it probably is Athletes foot. Then you might want to pick up some Tinactin. I have been a runner for decades and I always seem to get it, so that is what I use and it seems to help. Good luck. |

| During the summer, when I wear flip flops, my feet gets yucky. Peeling, cracking...there's no itching...like that? I use PedEgg, it looks like a cheese grater. It works very well. Makes my feet smooth. I can't go to get a pedicure...nobody can touch my feet, very ticklish.

| I have always wanted to get a pedicure but worry about catching a fungus and the fact that my feet are rough (I know thats why you go) but kind of embarrassed.

| not trying to sell you mary kay but there is a product called extra emollient night cream it sells for $11 it is awesome for your feet ...just put it on and put on socks every night it will make your feet so soft and moisturized...it is also great for stretch marks too..I have customers who rave about it for that too. You probably know a consultant who you can get it from in your area if you want to try it

| My feet peel like that every now and then. Probably once every 4-6 months. It's weird. My sister calls it 'molting'! Like a birds feathers. I don't know why, but it always goes away.

Never let them do that do you again. To get your feet back to being moist apply petroleum jelly, aloe cream or a heavy lotion containing lanolin to the calloused areas. Many department stores sell lotions specifically designed to soften tough/dry skin on the feet. A nourishing foot mask can help to soothe dry, cracked heels, smooth away calloused toes and foot pads and even repair weak nails.
