Really good pictures Villette~

Those baby birds are amazing the way you caught that....

And My favorite bird is the Red Bird...I love them...

Your sunflowers are amazing...I've not had any grow that high...

Thanks for sharing them...this early Saturday morning surprise was nice...

Thank you so much Melissa ! I love those pictures too - I have a pretty small yard but this year it was busy ! We have the Red Bird - the Dad Cardinal - and also the Female - she is grey but they are LOUD - everytime they come looking for Sunflower seeds you can hear them before you see them - that's how I got that shot -

Girl ME TOO !! I have them all over my house (fake) but grow them every year and love daffodils too but have no luck with them - I think sunflowers are the coolest flowers - they get 12 feet tall in Texas

VERY cool pictures, my favorite is the baby birds! How neat to watch them be born, grow up and become big birdies, LOL. That's awesome.

Thanks for sharing! I love nature. Oh and sunflowers, too. I want a whole garden of those monsters like yours!

The pics were awesome! They gave me a real sense of serenity. I love to sit on my porch in the morning and sip coffee and watch the squirrels and birds!

Wow, if I had that much cool stuff going on in my yard, I'd pitch a tent! Great pictures. That first one of the birds is incredible. I'm surprised the mama let you get that close.

Great pics, Villette!!! I love nature shots .... and I will keep my eye out for a guy like that up here in Colorado!!

My fave also is the baby birds! I have some old pics [somewhere] that are kinda neat but haven't even tried to get any in a long time. I wish I could get a shot of "Yellow Cat" sneaking over our courtyard wall ... that sucker sleeps in my planter at night!!

Villette, I just love the first pictures since I love nature so much. When I had my
condo and had a large porch where I could have all the flowers I wanted; I noticed
a lot of coming and going of a robin and thought nothing of it. Next day took a
hanging plant in, put it in the sink to water and low and behold as I was just ready
to turn the water on, I heard a "peep". Yes, the mom had built a nest in this
planter and I was about to drown her babies..............oh how bad I would have
felt. Out it went and I made a point to watch them grow and fly off. Bet that
Mom was glad to get them away from me. Ha.

Such beautiful pictures - left me speechless! Well, except for the cartoon pic, that one made me laugh!!

There is so much nature that surrounds our yard here, guessing I will need to grab my camera and get busy!
