Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | Yep, that's what I remember from when I raised zebra finches for a while. One day they're naked little alien looking creatures and before you know it they are fully feathered and cute little things! I should dig through my photo albums and see if I have any newborn pics............... Thanks for sharing

| Thank you for posting the pics. Isn't it amazing how fast they grow up. We have barn swallows - 100's of them and countless nests in our barn. I love watching the moms and dads zip zooming around catching buggies for their babies. It is truly amazing that, with as many nests there are the parents can identify their own and feed the right babies. Would love to see these wee little ones when they take flight for the first time, so PLEASE have the video camera ready. |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | I LOVE the blue eggs !! I'm so glad they're growing up cause baby birds have a tough time - I got some shots from back when my husband and I had a nice yard and house.....I had to use my camera flip but everytime I came up to the babies they shot straight up when they heard the click - it was so cute 1st is mommy - then the babies |
