If you downloaded coupons and they were not accepted at a KFC restaurant:

* Please call 1-800-CALL-KFC.
* A KFC Customer Service representative will assist you and also take the information about your experience and follow up with the restaurant.

If you have concerns about using multiple coupons with the same code number:

* All the PDF coupons downloaded from Oprah.com on the evening of May 5 have the same bar code.
* Subject to the terms and conditions of the coupon and instructions on Oprah.com, these coupons will be accepted by participating KFC restaurants in the U.S.

Haha! My friend actually sent me a text about this the other day. It's funny because I hardly EVER miss Oprah's show, but I did miss it the day she had this on there. Anyway, I sent the text on to everyone I know and they were ALL going nuts printing out as many coupons as they could lol. Hubby went yesterday for me and got our meals for dinner, and he went back today for lunch (since we printed out more than 2 coupons) but our KFC here had a note posted on the menu saying that due to high demand, and running short on supply, they are no longer accepting the coupons until after Mothers Day

Geez, people go nuts for free food huh, lol!

WOW! They advertised through Oprah and they did not realize how massive the response would be. I think any of us could have told them what the turn out would be like.
