| ![]() I think weight watchers is a good thing too...about 3 years ago I did it. My sister in law and neice were going to the meetings...they gave me all the info I needed and my husband and I just did it at home on our own. I had always been skinny my whole life but in my late 20s I gained 10 pounds, then beginning 30s..10 more pounds....in six months I lost 25 pounds and I've kept it off for over 3 years now...but...I recently gained about 8 and it's killing me. My husband gained all his back plus some and he wants to go back on WW...I'm willing so I can get rid of the excess and work on maintaining again. It's not hard at all and it was the first time I had ever dieted in my life. You can do it online too and it's a little cheaper...
