| My son's dr is wonderful. She gave him a refill for more pills AND gave us a coupon to get them for free. Since its a controlled substance, our insurance will NOT pay for it again until the end of 30 days so I would have had to pay for the 12 pills out of pocket. We made a decision that from now on I take all of the pills out of the bottle except for the exact number that he needs. She also said that since we technically didn't know FOR SURE what happened, she wasn't reporting it this time, but to be sure and let my ex know that if it EVER happened again there would be a report AND an investigation.
