| I have two 18 yrs olds and I was the one who drove MOST of the time ( it was hard for me to let go! ) However, if there was a problem or misunderstanding I WANTED the ADULT to fill me in. These people sound crazy...you sound very normal.....you have done the same thing I have done a million times. Once their was a third person....friend of my sons date....I didn't know her mother, but I knew the one he was dating, they let her go on vacation with us, etc....ANYWAY, the other girl didn't tell me she had a certain time to be home...we were in our area, it was after midnight, but the kids wanted to ride and listen to music......I was driving, I knew I could keep the other girl as long as I wanted if I was there after I picked them up from the movie, but the friends Mom called and FREAKED OUT....I could hear her yelling on her daughters cell phone and I was in the driver seat, She waited in the YARD..........I just KNEW I was going to have a problem, but she went stright after her daughter, I think she knew the girls played her and me. Sorry you and your daughter went through that, Angie |

| Thanks everyone! I knew I wasn't the crazy one. I think my head is swimming more after what my daughter is saying this morning than what happened Friday. These people are more crazy than I first thought! My daughter tells me this morning that the mom didn't really mean that we had a bad house she was just drunk~oh did I just say that outloud? The dad said that she might be able to come over again if he and I talk things out and come to an understanding. We will come to an understanding when he stops over to pick that purse up and has a nice talk with my husband. Why would this man think that I would want to work things out with him. IMO he his done~stick a fork in him DONE! On top of everything else the guy has "little man syndrome". As for the mom~~No kidding I don't have a bad house and she must have been looking in the mirror when she was talking about the bad mother part. Or maybe now that she put down the cocktail.............
