| I was sad to hear that. I used to hear him every morning on the way to work in my old position. He had such a way with telling a story!

| Oh, my goodness. How incredibly sad. What an impact this man has had in his brief little stories. I have learned so much from him and loved his voice and the way he closed, "and now you know... the rest of the story." I wondered how he was, as sometime in the last week or so - I heard a somewhat similar voice doing the segment - only to learn it was Paul Harvey's son. So I did wonder about him - his health etc. Ok, while I was typing = they just did a story on him on the news - they said he was 90 years old - I did not realize he was that old. He had such a strong & steady voice

| Oh Please tell me it isn't true! I have enjoyed his radio broadcasts for years and years! I am very sad to hear the news. I will certainly keep his family in my prayers - it was always so sweet hearing him talk about his beloved wife. |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | How sad, a true radio legend. I will miss his stories and voice. Listening to him daily was kind of like being with an old friend. Cindy, I always admired the love he showed for his wife. Besides always loving his stories, I've also felt a kinship with him as we graduated from the same high school (many years apart though ).

| This is so sad. I am honestly surprised he went this long after losing his "Angel" a while back. He'd been sick a few times that I didn't think he'd come back from but he'd been strong. I used to listen to him twice a day. The news segment in the morning and then the "rest of the news" stories. His son, PH Jr. has been doing them now and it's just not the same. I will miss him greatly.
