Oh My Goodness Bettyanne:eek:~Cindy is 100% correct -you did not do anything wrong. No need to be sorry. I am now getting nasty mail from Missy, i just dont think she gets it. I am so ready for this to be over with.

I think at this point I'd just ignore her. I'm sorry...what a nightmare

I for one am glad this thread was started and that the truth came out. As disturbing as it all is, we needed to know and if nothing else it is a good reminder to all of us about what can happen online.

Sandy, I am so sorry that Missy is now harassing you. Does this woman have no self-respect?

This whole thing is so sad but I'm glad it is out in the open. I too ordered a cookbook thinking that a contribution was being made to YT. I would order another cookbook if it was reprinted but I'm not in favor of giving any more money to Missy for the books she still has.

I just hated that all this started with an innocent question ... but that's just my nature. I, too, would love to see it resolved.

Great!!! Patrick, Toto and I had planned to fly down for a short visit since Patrick can't get away from his job for very long. We bought our tickets a while back and then the project became so critical and they don't have a "suitable" replacement to fill in for him ... he can't go until the 28th!! grrrrrrr That's what he gets for being too good at what he does! Anywhoooo .... he talked/pressured me into going on the 14th and he will join us on the 28th and then we can all fly back together on March 7. I really don't want to be away from him that long but he assures me he will be OK .... men ... they just think they are "big boys"!! :rolleyes: So, I will call you first of the week and see what's a good day for you! Yippeeeee ... this will be fun! :)

I've read up to post 121 and I just love your answers and this is just terrible. As far as your second paragraph, it's going to take the world praying for that one. Such greed and to think a member on Yt gave her

After a little bit of nasty mail I think i got Missy to understand that she just needs to do the right thing. She says she is trying to make things right and will in time. I told her if she does the right thing I will be the first to post that she did. So lets pray she does and this will be a thing of the past. I am sure admin will let us know if they recieve anything. Thank you everyone for your words of encouragement and hopefully it will all end with Missy's restitution. Like I told her -time will tell and only she can make it right. I think like many of you have said she got in over her head.

I promise, with all my heart that I WILL send the books to admin on Monday, I even put it on my calander to remind myself. I will send it priority so it gets there asap! I will be sending YT money as soon as I get my tax money back. If I could get on YT, I would tell them myself. I have told them I'm sorry, but no one believes me, I have broke there trust and they are mad at me and I don't blame them, I would be ticked myself, but one thing, I'm not running away from this, I do want to make it right and I will! Please tell them that for me, I give you permission to copy this and paste.

I agree. Why didnt she just say that to me from the get go. She has deleted me and Jill from her facebook. She is upset that I posted our convo, but its only fair to show both sides of it. That way there is no he said, she said misunderstanding.

Regardless of how she came around, I do indeed hope we've helped her to see wrong is wrong, and making it right is soooo important. I'm glad that she has had a change of heart and hope she follows through.
