I just read on TMZ that that turned out to be a false rumor. Supposedly it got started because she was at the 1 point whatever million dollar house but she was there to film an interview with Dr. Phil.:rolleyes:

First thing on the news this am...Someone has come forward to help her out with housing cost and other items needed..The want to remain silent for now..So she just may get that million $ House :thumbdown I dont mean to sound non caring, I do care about the babies , I mean being a mom who could not :(

I think she has already come into a lot of money or is expecting to receive some soon. I hear they gave her special attention when she went to look at the million dollar mansion. I also heard that an agency will send a team of nurses to help with the babies for free (for her) but they need donations (from us) to be able to do it. :mad:

I am sure before it is all said and done alot will be donated to her. I hate to see that happen to the mother but I am happy for the babies. I dont want to see them out on the street

So she's doing the Angelina Jolie thing selling the babes photos for money. Only the money she gets goes to herself not charity. That will only happen one a year or so, will she make enough to ration out between updates? I agree with you it seems like she should have been evaluated. On the show that said she sold the pictures of her babies they said its most likely entertainment tonight that bought them. They have pockets steep enough for exclusive rights pictures

You know, the doctor is did the IVF is obviously not concerned about the amount of eggs he puts in, why shouldn't he be held responsible financally for this? He has or should have his malpractice insurance. I would think that he has no morals or concerns for the children if he did not do the pysch evaluation and background checks on this woman. Not to mention all the interviews with fertility doctors are saying that he should have never implanted so many eggs. Let's make those involved responsible too!

And if this should put him out of business, then maybe that is the price he has to pay for being so irresponsible.

I mentioned the Dr being irresponsible in this to my husband. If I heard right the Dr has another woman who is going to have multiple birth soon. I think he should be repremanded in some way.

From what I understand that organization proposes, I think it's a good idea. Donations would be given directly to the non-profit organization for the care of the babies. Not a penny would go to the mother's hands. I wonder if the donations would fund not only the care but food, clothes, and housing. I bet this is one of the few plans proposed for the babies.

Oh for the love of God this whack job is on welfare! That means WE are paying for these 14 kids! And who knew Medicaid paid for infertility?! Her own mother has even said enough is enough & would not be there when she came home with the 8 babies. I feel awful for these children!:eek:

I saw the interview with the father. I think it is so sad that he has to go back to work overseas to raise money for His Daughter. He teared up about it it was so sad

I know since time began mother's have relied upon the older siblings to help with the younger ones. But "help" is all it should be, there are some some cases where the older kids actually are more of a parent than the parents. They don't even have a normal childhood of their own anymore, they are so busy with the younger kids when they are not in school. I think that is to much responsibility and pressure on the older kids and unfair. The older kids should have some time to themselves, hang out with friends and go on dates. They should not have panic attacks due to the pressure of taking care of younger siblings. No wonder some kids don't want any children of their own when they grow up. They want the freedom they missed as kids, now is the time for them to have a life they should have had years earlier.

So, her dad is having to be away from his family for something she did is true?
WOW....
I also heard on the news that there are rumors (yes I know rumors) that the hospital is considering not releasing the babies to the mom until she can prove that she can take care of them. I sure hope it's true!!!

Yes he teared up when he talked about it. He doesnt want to be that far from his grandchildren. He also said his Daughter may have some mental incapacities. He also said He talked to her Doctor after she had the 5th one and pleaded with him for no more. I hope it is true and the Hospital doesnt release them. I also didnt know the Grandfather and grandmother are divorced so it will only be the Mom and the grandma in the house actuallty taking care of the babies anyway. Since hes going to be gone anyway I quess it doesnt matter. I just dont see how two people can take care of all those kids

So much of this could/should have been prevented with a background check to see if she had a home/money/help to provide for these kids. Also a Psych eval should have been given to her before she was ever accepted for IVF treatment.
