Wow everyone is taking alot of classes. I am majoring in nursing. I actually just changed my major from liberal studies to nursing because I was a medic in the navy for seven years so I have experience but mostly because our economy is going down hill and people always need nurses. Good luck and I like the idea of book exchanging. I also agree with you guys about how professors think we have no life outside the classroom and how some teachers treat us as if that class is the only one were taking. So the homework load can be excruciating. Thanks for the tip on rewriting a paper for a different class. That is an excellent idea. This is going to be a busy semester for me.

PHEW im up for a hard semester!

the other day, my english teacher said that for every 3hr class we should be studying 7hrs outside of class... if i did the math correctly, that means if you were taking 15hrs of school, youd only have a little over 5hrs a day to eat, shower, and even SLEEP - 7 days a week. SHES GOTTA BE OUT HER MIND!

Sometimes, when you are running out of time to turn in a paper, you can rewrite an old one. I did this plenty of times. The teacher knew, because I told her. I did pretty good in that class

Thats what I plan on doing..both Psych classes are generally the same topic, so I figure i'll write one REALLY good paper and hand it in to both classes.

I get overwhelmed with too many classes and working. I sort of have to work if I want to have a car and have my fur baby.

So, what's everyones major... or hope to major in... or are you in it just to learn more, for fun basically?

I WAS majoring in radiology, until I discovered that there aren't any schools here that would allow me to get a BA in it. So this semester I decided to change to business management.

My boyfriend just finished radiology and to get his BA, there is an online school to finish and get his BA.. I will ask him tomorrow what the school is. He told me he only needs eight more classes at the online school for his BA. Maybe, you will be interested and opt not to change. XRAY is good money and good job. I will get the info tomorrow when he gets off work.

Yeah, I wanted to get a degree in it because it pays very well and it's something that will always be needed. Plus I have always liked the medical field. But my school counselor could only find a private school in Southern CA that offered a BA program, and we just can't afford to make that move.
