P.S.: After writing all the above, God reminded me that I am warm and dry and am under my own roof tonight. So I prayed for all those who have been affected by the awful hurricane. And tried to remember my blessings and not complain so much. I'm goin' to bed!!

To releive stress:
1) I take anti anxiety and anti depressant meds
2) overeat
3) pet Gucci

Gucci has help my depression so much. She is better than therapy.
