I can relate!! I have exzyma on my hands and I have had it so severly in the past that I lost my finger nails..twice...and my hands were severly scarred to the point where I had been asked if I was burned in a fire.
Well "Vaseline Intensive Rescue Clinical Therapy" is an amazing product!!!

I use this and I love, love, love it!! If your hands are severe...put this on at night - heavily and wear cotton gloves while you sleep...you will see a major difference!!
Avoid lotions with perfume / scents - they all contain a form on alchol which is a drying agent..makes skin worse...
My hands have healed and they look as good as new!!

Thanks, all, so so so so so much!!! Right now I just have on some average hand cream and gloves. I feel like I'm a little kid again - I did this every night for ages!

I dont know if this was mentioned but at Bath and Body Works they have a hand lotion called "Look Ma New Hands". It has parrafin wax in it. My husband has really dry hands and cuticles because he is a welder. He uses it every night after his shower and he said his hands feel better.

I love farmhouse creations coconut cream soy butter. It is so good and smells wonderful

i agree with the vaseline and plain oil (olive oil, sesame oil, jojoba oil, anything you have in the cabinets) ...

a few other suggestions - which also work for feet - are l'occitane, vicks vaporub (yes, really!

) and i have seen many, many raves for gold bond lotions

I love using Crabtree & Evelyn hand cream in the winter. It's so soft and smells great. I also like L'occitane Shea butter hand cream
