Girl - wait until you see the Strawberry Shortcake fleece blanket that I am going to make Tator Bug! I got it probably 2 or 3 months ago and I STILL have not made her a dang blanket with it yet! I just made her a Valentines Day blanket a few days ago, and I made Stedman a blanket last night...but I am going to make the Strawberry Shortcake one for Tate soon - I'll post pics of it when I do :) The fleece is just soo cute!!

The Strawberry Shortcake one is itty bitty but perfect for Lilbug! I'm going to either sell the flower one or give it to someone as a gift. I hate making stuff because then I want to keep it all. I just finished a bed and I wanna keep it, LOL.:rolleyes:

HAHA! Ahh heck, it's ok if there are some slight gaps - the babies don't know the difference anyway :p Just PM me if you need any help girl! I don't use a pattern or anything (I don't even know if there is such a thing for these blankets :confused:) - I just make them :idontknow - LOL!

lol! Isn't it ridiculous how we are with these blankets?? My hubby thinks I'm nuts! Every time he sees me with more fleece he just shakes his head :p They are just so addicting though :eek: You are so right girl - we will never be cold, LOL.

I should take a picture of all the ones we have - oh how embarrassing :blush:

P.S. - We have tons of store bought ones too!

See I actually thought the balloon knot was pretty easy. But they were about 5' long. I believe if you go shorter than that you will have a tough time with the balloon knot. The instructions on the 48x60 that I did actually stated to do a 7x7. This would probably make the balloon knot much easier on a blanket this size.
When I get my other fabric I am going to try the shoelace knot to see how I like it.

HELP..LOL.. You must have missed my post where I have already made my first blanket...hehe.. I really think I just dislike the trains. I can't wait till I get my monkey fabric.:D

Hancock's had some really cute Monkey material. The background was lime green with different size brown monkeys. I wanted that one but they didn't have a good matching lining and I didn't want to go to another store.

Joanne's did too online. And they are on sale for $9.99 still. They have several ones. I got the no sew ones they come with a matching back.

This is the monkey one I got and I also got the baby safari animals.
