| Kumquats???? I have a tree full of Kumquats. Does anyone know what you are supposed to do with them? I read you are supposed to eat them with the peel on. I haven't tried it! Every time I say "Kumquat," everyone giggles like we are in second grade, but still no one knows what they are good for. Does anyone have a jam recipe?

| I know you can just eat them like you would an orange. Or make an asian style lettuce salad and put them on there.

Several years ago, before I actually knew that they were a fruit, my boss told me they were something completely different!

| YUMMY! I love Kumquats!!!!! You wash them and eat them whole -- skin and all -- they are fantastically good for you and delicious. I haven't had any since I left Florida some 30+ years ago, but my mouth is watering . |

| I love them. My brother in law brings some when he visits form Florida. We eat them whole. When I see them in the stores around here they are expensive.

| My daughter LOVES them. But have been unable to find them, when we can afford them. Eat them up and think of all those that don't get them anymore!
