| Good Morning!! January 2, 2009 WOW!, That is the first time I have written "2009"..... Pretty Neat!! Hope everyone is doing well and managed to get thru the New Years Celebrations with nothing more than a slight hangover (for me is wasn't even that! ). Did anyone do anything really FORMAL? I am talking like evening gown and tux occasion??? I would LOVE to hear about it!!! We have done a couple of "formals" in the 20 years that we have been married, but I would much rather stay home in my pj's now and have a glass of wine or champagne and watch the ball. Today I will be having coffee with a friend. It will be nice to get out and do something that doesn't require cooking or cleaning. BUT, when I get home I have to get back into it.... as we have ONE MORE thing to cook and clean for...UGH!!!!! Oh well, I do enjoy it, but I am running out of creativity!!! I am hoping that my new hot cracker dip recipe turns out!! Tomorrow is "dog day" and I might take Shelby & Seymour on an adventure. It will depend on the weather. (maybe Petsmart, Incredipet, and the dog bakery) What is going on with you today???? Hope that you have a wonderful weekend!!!

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | Good Morning! We didn't do anything for New Year's. Just stayed in and watched the ball drop then had some sparkling cider. That's how I like to do it! I actually haven't slept yet. hehehe. I fell asleep yesterday around 5pm and woke up at 8pm, and I just haven't fallen back to sleep! now its....8:20 AM. haha. yay. I'm very excited because today I'm getting my new cell phone. I haven't had a good phone in over a year (my other one dissapeared and we canceled the plan). I'm getting the Voyager from Verizon. I can't wait. I'm attaching a picture I took of the sunrise this morning.

| Wow that's a beautiful picture MeganS! We spent New Year's Eve at a friend's house - we took the kids and Twinkle and had a few drinks and played on the Wii....then saw the New Year in on TV (although the skinkids had fallen asleep by then!) .....not very exciting but it was nice to all be together. Today I'm going to take my Christmas tree down and try to find 'homes' for all the new toys that are still carpeting my living room Happy New Year everybody!!! xxx xxx xxx

| Morning all.... My hubby and I stayed home with Daisy Mae and our two kitties. I cooked all of our fav munchies and we watched a couple of movies. Nothing exciting, but I enjoy staying at home in my jammies

| HAPPY 2009!!! I am at work today. No day off for me! For New Years Eve, BF and I went to dinner with another couple, friends of his, then to his parents house where his entire family was. We stayed until about 12:15 after the ball dropped, then we dropped off his friends and went to my friends house where we stayed until almost 4am! YIKES! Yesterday we got up early, couldn't sleep in for some reason. We went for Chinese food with BFs family and then home, lit a fire in the fireplace, watched a movie and lazed around with the pups, at 6 he went to pick up his kids and came back with more chinese food! We ate, watched another movie and were in bed by 10pm. Nice, lazy day!
