I hadnt either at the time I used Zicam. I wish I would have known or better yet, I wish there would have been some kind of warning on the package. I just hope that this product will eventually be taken off the shelves. I dont think that there is a problem with the swabs, just the nasal spray.

Ecchinacea!!!!!!! Three times a day at least plus hand sanitizers all the time and keeping the hands out of the face...

I can't remember when I had my last cold... at least 12 years...

Air borne, keep warm and wash your hands a lot, don't touch your eyes, and mouth etc. Have fun
