I have to say that at this point I'm a little shocked and disappointed that Admin has not stepped in and invoked the same rules here as they have on others who've done the same thing in the past. :( That is one thing about this site that I always really liked--the fact that scammers were always dealt with thus protecting the members here. |

I think that she should be given a chance to make things right too...but she started this thread 3 weeks ago and has made no effort to contact those still waiting for their orders to be fulfilled or suggested that she has any sort of plan to make the situation right. I don't she intended for it to get as bad as it has, but the result is the same, intentional or not. At what point do you consider that it has been "ample time" for her to sort out and correct the situation, especially given the fact that people seem to have been having problems long before this thread came about. :( |

I am very confident that Admin & Moderators and monitoring this situation closley and protecting all of us from any harm as far as Missy trying to sell on this board again until this is rectified. 2. At this point, it doesn't matter if Missy is banned or not. Her account is being montiored and if she really wanted to come back, she can access as a guest and at this point, she probably has no desire to post on the boards. 3. Missy came here (which she didn't have to do) and explained her situation, apologized and is now most likely working on bouncing back from this, who knows. Only Missy and God knows and at this point she is accountable to him not us. So, lets just close this thread. We know now how eveyone feels about this situation so there is no need to "beat a dead horse!" Let those who are in charge of monitoring this board do their job without judgement or pressure to act and enjoy this great forum of friends and knowledgable people. We have been monitoring this situation. However, as of today, we have yet to receive one complaint from a member regarding products paid for and not received from yougetthesmiles. It is completely against YorkieTalk rules to sell items and not ship them, but we do give members a chance to rectify the situation if this does happen. However, as we do not know who has ordered from this member and not received goods purchased, there is nothing for us to look into at this point. If you have ordered a product and not received it, we would suggest filing a complaint with your credit card company, your bank, the US Postal Service (for mail fraud), and with Paypal as well if the time limit for filing a complaint has not expired. We suggest members file complaints with the above if they have not received their purchases within 30 days. |

I have not read this thread yet, but I do want to say that I'm not coming here as a guest, I would never do that. I do not have the internet at home so I'm at the library right now and only have about 1/2 to read. |
I'm not a scammer and I can not believe some would say that. Do you realize how much money I have given to this site and YT members?? OMG tons and tons of money. There were times when I had $50 left to my name and if someone needed money on here I would give what I could give to help. One thing you all need to know is I only had about 4 orders that I owe people, it's not like it's 20 orders. I know that don't make it right but I WILL refund them as soon as I can. To the members who truly care for me and know that I am a GOOD person, god bless you for sticking by me and supporting me. To the few members who I owe money to, you will get it! I have about 10 or so cookbooks left and I will be shipping them to Sandy and she will sell the remaining books and send the money to YT. I'm sorry for being such a terrible person and I will just go away. Missy, as far as I am concerned you will always be welcome on YT. Don't you dare leave. Don't let certain people get to you. There are more who do care than don't. I am truly sorry for what you have gone threw and it takes a strong person to admit they got themselves into trouble and will do their best to make it right. yougetthesmiles has been suspended for failing to respond to YorkieTalk members' complaints about not receiving goods they have purchased. We have given her a week to respond and she has not responded to our member's complaints. We can not allow this kind of behavior in our community.
