| Disgusting I am originally from Sheboygan, WI. In fact, my brother and mother still live there. I live two hours away. If I find out who she is, I'll give her a piece of my mind. That's horrible!!!!! I hope they throw the book at her!!!!!!! |

| Furious! I live in Michigan and any state that gets the cold weather, we as responsible animal owners have an obligation for their well being. OK, so its 6 degrees outside, what about windchill factor???? We own a farm with numerous farm animals and any time its cold we pull them in the barn, much to their dismay-but cold is cold no matter what species you are. She should without a doubt receive a harsh punishment! What about the animal welfare and even right to farm act in Wisconsin? I am positive any state in this nation has the requirement of adequate shelter provided in any outdoor environment, regardless of the cold. I am furious! Unfortunately we will hear of animal neglect often, that's why this site is so important, and others similar. Its educational as to the importance of all of an animals care, not simply food and water. They are living beings. Too often I hear the excuse: "we never had a dog or animal growing up, I didn't know...." and this is true, many are ignorant as to proper animal care, and do not do the proper research prior to owning an animal. Well groups like ours provide valuable educational support. Thank goodness! Hopefully we can save other precious animals the same fate. I know I tend to ramble on my postings but I am so very angry! Thanks so very much for YT and the chance to vent!!!!!!!!!

| That's just ridiculous! The owner "tried" to free the dog, but left it when it bit her? Pathetic. I'm sorry, but if I saw a dog frozen to the side walk... I WOULD have gotten it off of there no matter what. I heard about that on the news. My family and I were just disgusted. It really doesn't suprise me though. I used to work for the humane society's animal cruelty unit here in Ohio. The things some people will do really are horrible. It makes me so sad for these poor babies. |

My Little Man! Donating Member | That lady needs to be in a frozen lake for 12 hours and see how she likes it! I hope they find a good loving home for that poor dog.
