A lot of things have shrunk in size. Coffee used to be 16 oz now most are 11oz. Skippy peanut butter used to be 18oz that has been downsized. Cereal boxes are thinner. Ice cream half gallons have shrunk, OJ used to be 96oz notice last week they were less. So many things have remained the same price but packaging is smaller. But the shrinkage of the Mrs. Smiths pies really was large, down 10 oz in one year. I guess we aren't supposed to notice.

Yikes! You may want to write the company, I would be interested in their response......or lack there of.

Our local news had a story last week about how much everything is shrinking...the amount of cereal in boxes, crackers, etc. I always use Mrs. Smith's but didn't have to do the pies this year so hadn't noticed. Yikes.

i made my own pies but i buy the mrs. smith pie crust that goes underneath the pie, it tastes really good.
