| Help! I need a new running soundtrack... I need some new songs to download for my IPOD for running. I am horrible at sitting down and downloading music, because I don't ever know the names/artists of songs and always get frustrated. I like all sorts of music, but it needs to be really upbeat and fun to get me going! Any ideas?? Thank you in advance, my IPOD thanks you

| I am also trying to add more songs to my workout mixes so I'm interested in anything anyone else suggests, too. What do you have on yours? Any good suggestions? I have 2 workout mixes currently. One is a hip hop/rap mix and one is an upbeat country mix. Clearly, I have very eclectic taste in music (don't make fun of me!) Here they are: Hip Hop/Rap- 43 minutes 1. Elevator- Flo Rida 2. Lose Control- Missy Elliot 3. Bring 'Em Out- T.I. 4. Crazy Bitch- Buckcherry 5. Switch- Will Smith 6. Just Lose It- Eminem 7. Freakum Dress- Beyonce 8. Move Shake Drop- DJ Laz 9. Hit the Floor- Twista 10. The Anthem- Pitbull 11. Womanizer- Britney Spears 12. Keeps Gettin' Better- Christina Aguilera Country--50 minutes 1. Hicktown- Jason Aldean 2. Loud- Big & Rich 3. Last Name- Carrie Underwood 4. Brand New Girlfriend- Steve Holy 5. Off the Hillbilly Hook-Trailer Choir 6. Bomshel Stomp- Bomshel 7. What Do You Think About That- Montgomery Gentry 8. I Can Sleep When I'm Dead- Jason Michael Carroll 9. Gunpowder & Lead- Miranda Lambert 10. Swing- Trace Adkins 11. She's a Hottie- Toby Keith 12. Hillbilly Nation-Cowboy Crush 13. Holler Back-The Lost Trailers 14. Bob That Head- Rascal Flatts

| Amanda, I don't do much running, but I do know if I want to get in an intense mood during a workout, there are quite a few artists that put me in "that" mood..... Btw, I am a certified Spin instructor (cycling) and teach twice a week at my gym. My classes are usually packed......and everyone says it's because of my music. Godsmack Linkin Park Korn Nickelback Papa Roach Rhianna Beyonce Justin Timberlake Christina Aguilera Nelly Funky Green Dogs Paul Oakenfold The Crystal Method Josh Wink Hindi Techno (cause I am Indian.....) ....I would have to mail you a CD with a few tracks cause you might not find them anywhere available for downloading. My classes really like the beats with an alternative language....... Too many to remember right now............ That should get you started....when I get off work I will log on to my library and copy and paste some artists/tracks that will knock your socks off!! Esh p.s. A lot of the artists I listed are quite good, but there's always something to be said of finding the right remix utilizing that artist with a bada$$ remix in the background. It's adds a little flavor to the track.

| You are too funny!! I have a lot of the same songs on mine!! My favorite hip hop songs on my IPOD are 1) Man Eater- Nelly Furtado 2) Promiscuious Girl- Nelly Furtado and Timbarland 3) Everybody Got Their Something- Nikka Costa 4) Give It To Me- Timbaland and Nelly Furtado 5) Gimme More- Britany 6) Calabria 2006 - LOVE THIS SONG! Try it and see, you'll be rockin' it! Also some Justin Timberlake whom I don't particularly like, but the music is pretty damn catchy! I have almost the same stuff on my country mix, but with more Big & Rich. Thank you! I am going to have to check that other stuff out! Quote:

I LOVE Linkin Park, Godsmack, NERD, 311 and POD. Those are generally my snowmobile music cuz it really makes you want to ROCK IT!! I have climbed some pretty sweet hills with that soundtrack. That other stuff sounds pretty cool. It sounds like I would like it, I am pretty open!
