| needing help with a dumb neighbor who wants to put down her chihuahua my neighbor who thinks if one thing goes wrong in her perfect world you elimate it (she would die with my furkids). we were grilling and she came over wanting toi know what i thought bout her chiuhua going blind. she wants to put her down. she between 4 and 5 and is fawn. she called NOT took the baby to the dr. and they think together she is going blind. because raerae (thats her name) is sick thats her answer. if you can help me with advice let me know. i beg of you. i cant take her on or i would, i just dont think death is the answer. tonia

| thats a tough one There are plenty of animals who are blind and go on and live long happy lives.. they just need someone who really loves them to comfort them. I hope she changes her mind or finds someone who can really love this little guy...good luck sorry I dont have any advice Im sure you will get plenty here

| i found a home if she will agree... i have talked my ex-fiance into taking her if lisa will let me place her. she wont respond to me because i was upset and told her that blindness was not a reason to put her down. please pray. i spoke from my heart to her but my mind didnt think through all of what i said.

| Have her call Chihuahua Rescue. They'll be sure to help her. I hope she makes the right choice - very sad!

| What about reporting her to the humane society? Or tellin her the option of giving her to the humane society? Or what Sookie said about the Rescue? |

| im trying she wont respond to me because i told her i felt it was wrong in her doing this. she also hasnt taken to the vet yet so it might be something simple. i have a ex that is willing to take her in for his and nephew. we will see. i feel responsable because i placed her there to begin with.

| My parents had a dalmation that went blind. They do adjust with help. That poor puppy. Hope everything works out for the best.
