Well if people take offense to the content...it doesn't matter 'who's' words they are...the result was still the same.

Clarifying who originally said it doesn't change the meaning behind the comments themselves.

Aside from that...I did not think threads of the political nature were allowed here. Humor or not, it still is addressing political issues in a VERY biased way at that. (Whether you agree with the points made or not...)

really i dont care if this thread is allowed or not. If its not I am sure it will get deleted by a mod, end of story.

Well it would matter to me if I was getting blamed for saying what Bill Cosby said. Especailly since is it offensive to some. I found humor in some of it and offense in other parts and Merit in some parts. I would NOT wanna be blamed for saying it.

Ok, Ok, I see your point. Yes, I would want to clarify that I wasn't the one who said it if I was getting blamed for it. BUT my point was, "who said it" doesn't make it any more or less offensive, funny or valid.

i agree..if we accepted these traits maybe the country wouldnt be where it is!...failing economy, no religion, and the country is changing face to..its no longer free, its no longer AMERICAN!...

i dont even vote becuase i see no one to vote for and i dont want to be even the least bit responsible for putting someone in office that shouldnt but if bill cosby was running he'd have my vote and im sure alot more!

I would not want to be blamed for something I did not say, my question is, and please, don't anyone take this as a confrontation, or a debate, or a discussion,
-who can be offended for what he said?..the one that gets his right hand cut off, maybe?
-who can be offended?..the one that sells the 140.00 crude oil ,maybe?
-my family and I waited 15 years, just to come to this country legally, if we had paid somebody a great amount of money, we had been here since 1965, but no, we decided to do it the right way.

Maybe someone should tell whoever wrote the comments that there is NO official language in the US.

LOL. And not every person who hasn't mastered the English language is an illegal immigrant or unproductive members of society.

Anyone who disagrees with it. Just because something doesn't apply to you doesn't mean that you can't take offense to it or feel strongly against it. I've never been the victim of racism, but it doesn't mean I'm not offended if I witness it or hear racial terms being tossed around.
