| Oh... one more thing.... Whenever it came to the surveys that paid really good I was never chosen. You should create several accounts with different profiles. Don't be to 'normal'. Best is a 'single black woman in her 40's with all kinds of health issues, smoker, cancer, kids, gay, overweight, driving a car etc... LOL! |

| I did it for several months and felt like it was more trouble than it was worth. All I got were coupons and some products (to review) that I wasn't all that interested in. What I didn't like was that the products to review had to be reviewed and sent back w/i a short time period like 10 days or I would be charged for them. Really not worth it. Just doing survey's, I felt like my personal info was also being stored and I was just getting a lot of spam emails and paper mail. No doubt there are more lucrative situations. I just couldn't find them

| Those survey people are looking for a certain group of people, for example women that smoke and survey them for their habits etc... Then there is another company that likes to know who uses hairspray etc... Mostly 'normal' people are not that interesting for those companies. |

| I do surveys on-line and have recieved cash for doing so. I belong to greenfieldonline.com and opinionoutpost.com. The trick is that not all surveys are paid ones and most of them, if they are are only for $2 to $5 at a time...that's even if you are in the demographic they are looking for. The best is when they need you to do a product review--I've had to do one on underwear (where they sent me 3 different brands/pairs to wear and rate), a potato chip one and a home fragrance one. Those ones you can get like $30 at a time but, again, they are rare.

| Donating YT 11K Club Member | I dont think its worth it, i signed up for one and they send me emails all the time, but they're for like $1-$5 why would i do that?? Instead i do focus groups, they pay like $150 for 1 or 2 hours

| My mom does some of these sometimes. She's retired and just gets bored...must be nice. Like you said though, it's not exactly enough to make a living off of. |
