:eyetearssYou girls are too much!!! Thanks for the laughs! I'm with Vicky though. I scream when I see spiders and I won't go near them. When I first started dating my bf, he thought I was being attacked because I screamed so loud. :p Now he knows what to expect. :rolleyes: And, I make him squish them until I see their gross guts, can't chance them playing dead and plotting to get back at me later. :rolleyes:

ChattisMom reminds me of my sister. She loves spiders and I was giving her a perm, had the chemicals on her hair, a spider appears and she refused to kill it, I ran outside and said, "kill it, let me see you flush it down the toliet, and maybe I can save your hair before it falls out". She got the hint.
I hate centipedes too, had many of those in MN, never see them in FL.
We have a lot of MN friends that loved to visit us in FL. When we bought our home here it was like a hotel every winter until they saw lizzards and the snake story,:eek::eek::eek: they know get hotel rooms.
I love my friends.:D

Do you make him flush them too??? I'm sorry but IMO that is the best option, squish and flush! You can't be too careful they don't come back! ;)

Okay this thread is very funny, my sister hates spiders, nothing scares her but she will not kill a spider in a kleenex or anything, she comes and gets me to get it if I am handy. Which if you see the two of us you would die laughing, my sister is built like Zena warrior princess no kidding:) Her favourite things to kill a spider with when there is no one around is 1, the vacumn , no they do not crawl back out leave it running for a couple of min, and the suction will kill it. 2 , the coal shovel, or my dad or brothers' shoes, anything big and heavy.:)

By the way, we have been to England several times, and I swear the spiders, there will carry your luggage for you!
