mine has a story behind it.....if i had been a boy i would have been named Carl Lynn....well when i was born my mom named me after a girl in high school named Cynthia Bryson....but dad was sort of sad (his name is Carl) so they put Carl Lynn together and came up with Carlene...so im Cynthia Carlene....but i go by Cindy

Finally, another Ellen. Im Christina Ellen. I hated it when I was younger... but I dont care either way now. It was my mother's grandmother's name. My daughter is Amanda Marie and Ashley Nichole. They hate their names because EVERYONE has the same name. Actually Amanda graduated this past year with a girl who had the same first, middle and last name. and for the longest time I forgot I had put the 'h' in Nichole and was spelling it wrong. I'm such a bad mom

My middle name is Sue, First name is Darlene. I didn't know very many when I was in school. But it never bothered me. My mother liked Darlene Sue, and Susan Marie. She asked my sisters which one they liked, and I got Darlene Sue. (by the way, my sister's are Linda Ann and Jane Elizabeth, which is the reverse of my mother's name, Elizabeth Jane)

My daughter's name is Barbara Anne, after the Beach Boy's song. She hates it.

Mine is Gae (which I hate). I wished I liked my middle name, so I Could use it instead of my first name, which I also dislike. I used to ask my mom if she didn't want kids and that is why she saddled me with such an awful name...she swears that isn't true, but I'm not convinced...especially since she never had another one
