| Its really not that bad. I prefer to do it myself at my own pace. Just make sure you get high end products from a beauty supply. I use GIGI products. Good luck and congrats on the new bf! You've come a long way!! Go girl!

| I found a wonderful spray-on hair remover by Sally Hansen. I use the one for extra coarse hair. Spray it on, wait 3-10 minutes, then rinse it off in the shower and wipe gently with a washcloth if needed. I don't see stubble for days and it is so easy!

Donating YT 11K Club Member | lolol well yes it hurts a lot! I was told to take like advil or something before doing it but i haven't tried that yet. Where i go they use a special wax that dries up and they just pull it off, and it's green, so it's minimal pain and is just like 2 steps. It stills hurts but i cant imagine how it feels when it's a whole bunch of little strips they have to do, i wouldnt be able to do it

Donating YT 11K Club Member | lol yes the wax is green, i forgot the name of it but it's a really really good wax, its the best and gives the least pain. The spa i go to is called Completely Bare spa, they might have the wax they use on their site or maybe a spa near you

| I got my bikini area waxed once and only once (when hubby came home on leave from Iraq). My skin is so sensitive I bled! My advice, if you are going to do it, is make sure you do it a day or two before he arrives because it can be pretty sore after and then that defeats the purpose, right? Good luck!

| Well, haha, this brings back memories when I was still in school. I wax my own eyebrows, it's painful but so much easier than plucking. I don't think the legs would be very bad but this is coming from someone who has actually waxed their arms (OUCH!). Just always soothe it with aloe or a soothing lotion afterward. Oh and I'd definitely get waxed a few days before you're supposed to see him so you don't have that ugly red inflamed skin. Edited to add: If you bleed bad or have sensitive skin, apply a powder to the area before waxing.

| I have to tell you that a girl at work told me I should wax instead of shave. So she gave me the wax and the strips. I did a couple of sections, cried, and never did it again. I use the cream that you rinse off in the shower - no pain and it makes the hair less course, so if you want to wax it is less painful.
