How do you all do it paying 9 and 10 dollars a gallon? I am so sorry for you all. I believe it's lower again in Jacksonville, Florida. It's like $3.79 and like I said before, may be lower at BJ's. Bless you all that have a long way to travel back and forth to work, etc. |
Here in NY gas is $3.90 where all excited about that just because its been over $4.00 for many months KEEP LOWERING IT!!!!! :D:D:D |
I paid 3.67 today, i thought that was a serious bargain. My question is this. Where is the cap? Is there someone who can step up and say "enough"? I need to read up on the politics of oil and gas, i guess. |

it is 3.36/gal here, i just got gas lol i was so excited i told my boyfriend its almost time for a roadtrip!!! I used to take road trips with my family all the time when i was younger, oh the memories!! |
I paid $4.08 for the middle grade today. Ct is one of the most expensive in the US. |
I think the last I got was 3.49!! and I was a happy girl!!!:D the most I've had to pay was 4.09- coming back from KS- 4th of July wk/end!! go figure:rolleyes: |

oh my gosh oh my gosh! :):) So prices shot WAY up during Hurricane Gustav, back to like 3.79 and the like. Well they've been dropping steadily the last few days. The average is now around 3.11. and guess what!? The guy around the corner - 2.99!!! SO exciting! |

WOW!! $2.99 in Jersey? Awesome for ya! here I think it's still $3.50 or so. I haven't bought since last week, then it was $3.51. Course across the state line in Idaho it was like $3.29 on Friday. |

In Central Illinois today we filled up at $3.27...so tomorrow it will probably drop even more...it always does right after we fill up the truck! :rolleyes: |
Part of the reason gas prices are dropping is because Wall Street (stock market) is down so much. Oil was partially inflated due to futures trading on Wall Street - which drove up the price. Now, with the stock market bottoming out, then oil is coming down too. Makes me mad that the price of oil was inflated by a middle man (Wall Street) - it doesn't need to be that way!!! |

We filled up today and paid 3.69 for it and just a few blocks from my house it's 3.99. There's a shortage here in the south and I guess they have to make up the difference. :( |
Gas is finally dropping in south florida. I got some tonight after class and it was $3.55, and that\'s in a really cheap area by Fort Lauderdale. Up by Boca Raton/Palm Beach County, where I live, it\'s about $3.75. |
