When I was in middle school a lot of kids used the computer sprays and the whip cream cans to get high. Thank goodness I had a wonderful father that talked to me about drugs etc… and I never got pulled into that scene.
I have learned that kids (and adults) will try anything to get high. I remember a few kids in high school found "space pods" in the hills and decided it was a good idea to pass them to others. Well they ended up sick and a few almost died. The city swept the hills for that plant and destroyed them.
Point being the only way to get people to stay away from bad things is to talk about it.

BamaFan121s There was actually a story on "Intervention" the other night that was about a girl who'd become addicted to inhaling computer duster thingys.

I watched this episode on Sunday night. This was very disturbing. I thought the girl was a goner, but the family stuck together and got her the help she needed. Did you see the part when they had to come get her cats because they were breathing in the chemicals in her house.

wow that is really scary that kids actually do that. They must be bored...i never thought of doing crazy things like that..

This is so sad. Thank you so much for letting me know about this.
I had no idea such thing could happen with Dust off.
I have five kids three teen agers a 6 year old and a 2 year old. I will definitely talk to them about this and spread the news to other parents about how dangerous this is.
