Donating YT 30K Club Member | OMG That is scary. I would get a structural engineer to look at it and the foundation. Also call your home owners insurance right away tomorrow and they will send some one out. Be careful

| So sorry you have this to deal with. I live in a house that is at least 115 yrs old and it is a project. Hope it can be easily repaired and isn't affecting the foundation

| Lori that is so scarey! I didn't even know Nebraska got sink holes. As I'm sure you know since you are a Florida girl, here we have to report them and then it is determined how big it's potential is and if it is safe or not. Do you have anyone in an official capacity to call? Stay safe sweetie!

| Is there any drilling going on around your house from gas or oil wells or excessive water removal for spring water? There is a huge movement going on regarding that in Texas with no consideration to what it does to neighbors. Your house insurance person will likely try to find out the cause. Did not look good at all to me for so much change so rapidly. Please check house integrity to be sure you are safe inside... Wow, let us know what happens and just stay calm as you can. " Freaking out" doesn't help the family and that is what is important. |
