| Paintings I was just wondering if anyone was interested in famous painters? Does anyone collect paintings by anyone? I have become very interested all of a sudden and was wondering if anyone knew where I could fine auctions or sales of famous paintings, not lithographs but originals? I went to an auction this weekend and they had original sketchings by picasso, renoir, you name it they had it, they were beautiful! |

| I love art and love to go to museums. I love all kinds. I visit the museum in every city I visit. The biggest one I've seen is the Art Institute of Chicago. But I've never bought original art. I've never been able to afford it.

| I have a BA in early 19th century art. I love art. I am a HUGE Renoir fan. But I am also very interested in up and coming artists. In fact that is who I prefer to be honest. I have found some beautiful art work by people that were just starting to make a name for themselves. Most of the art work in my home though is stuff that I have done. I prefer to have everything like that one of a kind. |
